Neuropathic pain (e.g., diabetic neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia), nerve pain due to vitamin B12 deficiency, tingling/numbness in peripheral neuropathy

How it works

Pregabalin reduces abnormal nerve signaling by binding to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, decreasing release of pain neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin sheath repair and nerve regeneration, helping improve neuropathic symptoms.

Directions for use

Take by mouth as prescribed, usually once or twice daily; may be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew. Do not stop suddenly—dose should be tapered under medical supervision.
