How to take Pregeb M OD 75 Tablet
Take by mouth once daily (OD) as prescribed, preferably at the same time each day. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush, chew or break (modified-release). Can be taken with or without food; if it causes dizziness or sleepiness, take in the evening.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

If you miss a dose of Pregeb M OD 75 Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

An overdose of this medicine is unlikely to cause serious harm, because the body passes surplus B vitamins out in the urine. It can cause deep drowsiness, confusion, unsteadiness and slowed breathing, especially with an opioid or alcohol.
