Pregeb Mnt Tablet contains Pregabalin 75 mg + Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin) 750 mcg (tablet/capsule). It belongs to the Gabapentinoid (pregabalin) + Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) class of medicines.

How Pregeb Mnt Tablet works

Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, reducing release of excitatory neurotransmitters and relieving neuropathic pain. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin sheath formation and nerve repair.

How to take Pregeb Mnt Tablet

Take by mouth as prescribed, usually once or twice daily, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew. Do not stop pregabalin suddenly—taper only on medical advice.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

Take the larger part of the dose at night if drowsiness is a problem. Rise slowly from sitting or lying, especially in the first weeks.
