Uses of Rosvie Cv 20MG Cap

Prevention of heart attack and stroke in patients at risk; management of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, especially when antiplatelet therapy and cholesterol lowering are both required (e.g., after acute coronary syndrome/angioplasty/stent, established coronary artery disease).

How it works

Rosuvastatin is a statin (HMG‑CoA reductase inhibitor) that reduces LDL cholesterol and triglycerides and helps stabilize plaque. Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet that irreversibly blocks the platelet P2Y12 (ADP) receptor, reducing platelet aggregation and preventing clot formation.

Directions for use

Take by mouth as advised by the doctor, usually once daily at the same time; can be taken with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not crush or open. Do not stop clopidogrel abruptly without medical advice, especially after stent placement.
