Tekaira M 40mg/25mg Tablet ER is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate.

How to take Tekaira M 25 mg Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tekaira M 40mg/25mg Tablet ER should be taken with or after food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Tekaira M 40mg/25mg Tablet ER, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much
