Toff-Dc Tablet

Toff DC Syrup is used in the treatment of dry cough.

In Cough

Toff-Dc either loosens the mucus so a chesty cough clears it more easily, or settles the reflex behind a dry, tickly cough, depending on the type you have been given.

In Chest congestion

Toff-Dc thins thick mucus in the chest so it can be coughed up, easing the heaviness and rattling and helping you breathe more freely.

In Common cold symptoms

Toff-Dc relieves the blocked nose, cough and congestion of a cold so you can rest and get on with your day while the infection runs its course.

In Allergic rhinitis

Toff-Dc blocks the histamine your body releases to an allergen, relieving the sneezing, runny or blocked nose and itchy, watery eyes that spoil your day.

In Hives and skin allergy

Toff-Dc calms the itching and brings down the raised, red weals of hives, so the skin settles and you can sleep.

In Itching

Toff-Dc relieves itching from an allergic reaction, an insect bite or a skin condition, which also stops the scratching that damages skin and keeps it inflamed.

In Allergic asthma

Toff-Dc reduces the allergic inflammation in the airways that triggers wheezing and tightness, so attacks are fewer and milder when it is taken alongside your inhaler.

Alcohol

Toff DC Syrup may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

PregnancyUNSAFE

Toff DC Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.<br>Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feedingSAFE

Toff DC Syrup is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

DrivingCAUTION

May cause drowsiness or affect your concentration. Do not drive until you know how it affects you.

Toff DC Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Toff DC Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

LiverUNSAFE

Toff DC Syrup is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
