Bilastine 20 mg
Treatment of allergy symptoms such as allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny/blocked nose, itchy/watery eyes) and urticaria (hives/skin itching).
Bilastine is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks H1 histamine receptors. This reduces effects of histamine release during allergic reactions, relieving sneezing, itching, runny nose and hives.
Tablet for oral use. Usually taken once daily as prescribed. Take on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after food/fruit juice) with water; avoid taking with grapefruit/orange/apple juice near the dose.
Common side effects of Ubil 20MG Tab may include:
May cause mild drowsiness in some people—avoid driving if affected. Use with caution in severe kidney impairment, especially if used with P-gp inhibitors. Not recommended in children unless advised with appropriate strength/formulation. Seek medical help if swelling of face/lips, breathing difficulty, or severe rash occurs.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Ubil 20MG Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
