Device used to deliver Zotide (somatropin) injections as prescribed for growth hormone deficiency and related growth disorders (drug cartridge sold separately).
This is a reusable injection pen device designed to accurately measure and deliver a preset dose from a compatible Zotide/somatropin cartridge. It enables subcutaneous administration with improved dosing convenience compared with vial-and-syringe.
Use only with compatible Zotide/somatropin cartridges and pen needles as instructed by your doctor. Attach a new needle, prime if required, dial the prescribed dose, inject subcutaneously (e.g., thigh/abdomen/upper arm), and rotate injection sites. Do not share the pen; use a new needle for each injection.

Keep away from children; risk of injury from needle components. If device is damaged, jammed, dropped with visible cracks, or dosing is inconsistent, stop use and replace.
