Dydrogesterone (10mg)
Zuviston Tablet works by imitating the activities of the natural hormone progesterone, which helps to alleviate the symptoms of hormonal imbalances. It helps in female infertility by preparing the lining of the uterus for pregnancy. It regulates the menstrual cycle and prevents repeated miscarriages. Therefore, this drug can increase the chances of pregnancy in females who have had a history of multiple abortions. It also relieves menstrual pain and cramps. Zuviston Tablet prevents the growth of the endometrial tissues and relieves the symptoms of endometriosis including pain in the lower back and stomach, pain during sexual intercourse, constipation, diarrhea, and difficulty in conception.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zuviston Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Zuviston Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
