Metpure -XL 50 Tablet is a long-acting beta blocker that works specifically on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body. Metpure -XL 50 Tablet prevents migraines by blocking stress hormones, stabilizing blood vessels, and calming nerve activity. This reduces sudden blood flow changes and physical stress, lowering migraine frequency and severity.
Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Metpure -XL 50 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Avoid Metpure -XL 50 Tablet with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
Use with caution in patients with asthma, diabetes, or severe heart conditions. Do not discontinue abruptly.
May interact with other antihypertensives, antiarrhythmics, and certain antidepressants.
