Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Revelol XL 12.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Avoid Revelol XL 12.5 Tablet with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.

Revelol XL 12.5 Tablet is a long-acting beta blocker that works specifically on the heart. It works by slowing down the heart rate and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body. Revelol XL 12.5 Tablet prevents migraines by blocking stress hormones, stabilizing blood vessels, and calming nerve activity. This reduces sudden blood flow changes and physical stress, lowering migraine frequency and severity.

Never stop this medicine suddenly. Stopping abruptly can cause a sharp rise in blood pressure, worsening chest pain or a heart attack — your doctor will reduce it gradually. Tell your doctor if you have asthma or long-standing lung disease; this group can tighten the airways. If you have diabetes, be aware that this medicine can mask the early warning signs of low blood sugar, apart from sweating. Report a resting pulse that is persistently very slow, or fainting.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
