In Prevention of stroke: Xavian lowers the chance of a clot forming and travelling to the brain, which is the commonest cause of stroke in people with heart disease or an irregular rhythm.
In Blood clots: Xavian prevents an existing clot in a leg or lung from growing and stops new ones forming while the body clears the old one, reducing the risk of a dangerous clot reaching the lungs.
