Treatment of Acidity Treatment of Abdominal pain
Aciloc-S Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Magaldrate, Simethicone and Oxetacaine, which relieves acidity, heartburn and stomach ulcers. Magaldrate is an inorganic salt that neutralises the excess acid in the stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine that disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Oxetacaine is a local anesthetic that provides faster relief from pain due to ulcers or acidic injury in the stomach.
