If you miss a dose of APREsol Plus Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

An overdose of this medicine can seriously disturb the heart's rhythm and blood pressure. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

This medicine may temporarily cause headaches, especially when starting treatment. Inform your doctor if it does not go away. APREsol Plus Tablet may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. It is best to avoid drinking alcohol while taking APREsol Plus Tablet as it may make the side effects worse. Do not take it in combination with medicines that treat erectile dysfunction (eg. sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil) or high blood pressure, as that can cause a major drop in blood pressure. Do not stop taking APREsol Plus Tablet suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can increase the risk of heart attack and stroke.
