Ambroxol (30mg/5ml) + Levosalbutamol (1mg/5ml) + Guaifenesin (50mg/5ml)
Treatment of Cough with mucus
Asthalin AX Syrup is a combination of three medicines: ambroxol, levosalbutamol, and guaifenesin. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles around the airways, helping open them and making breathing easier. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps clear mucus from the airways by making it thinner and less sticky, promoting its removal through coughing. Together, these medicines help reduce mucus buildup, ease breathing, and relieve cough associated with mucus.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Asthalin AX Syrup may be taken with or without food.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Asthalin Ax Syrup. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
