How it works

Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time, it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow. Metoprolol Succinate is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate, while Telmisartan is a calcium channel blocker which works by blocking the hormone angiotensin to further relax blood vessels.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aztel 3D 12.5mg/50mg/40mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.
