Composition

Calcium carbonate 500 mg (elemental calcium 200 mg) + Calcitriol 0.25 mcg + Vitamin K2-7 (Menaquinone-7) 45 mcg + Zinc 7.5 mg (as zinc sulphate/other zinc salt)

How it works

Calcium carbonate replenishes calcium needed for bone mineralization. Calcitriol (active vitamin D3) increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate. Vitamin K2-7 helps direct calcium to bones by supporting carboxylation of osteocalcin, while zinc supports bone formation and mineral metabolism.

Directions for use

Tablet for oral use. Usually taken once daily or as directed by a doctor, preferably after food. Swallow with water; do not exceed prescribed dose. Keep a gap of 2–4 hours from thyroid medicines, iron, or certain antibiotics.
