Uses of CARNI-Q XP

Nutraceutical/medical nutrition product; exact indication depends on label. Commonly, carnitine and coenzyme Q10 based supplements are used as supportive therapy in fatigue, low energy states, and fertility-related mitochondrial support.

How it works

If the product contains L-carnitine and/or Coenzyme Q10, L-carnitine helps transport long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production, while CoQ10 supports mitochondrial electron transport and acts as an antioxidant. This may improve cellular energy availability and reduce oxidative stress.

Directions for use

As a 5 g pack/sachet (if applicable), take as directed on the product label or by physician/dietitian. Mix with water/milk as instructed; can be taken with food to reduce gastric discomfort.
