Medically reviewed by Dr. Balaji Krishnan, MBBS · Updated September 2026
Chicnutrix Collagen Builder Tablet Blueberry contains Collagen. It belongs to the Collagen-support nutraceutical class of medicines.
Collagen-support supplements typically provide nutrients and antioxidants that support normal collagen synthesis and help protect skin from oxidative stress. Adequate protein co-factors (commonly vitamin C, amino acids, minerals) help the body form and maintain collagen fibers.
Take as per label directions, typically once daily with water, with or without food. Use consistently for several weeks for visible benefits, if any.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is almost due, skip the one you missed — never take two doses together to catch up.
An overdose of this medicine may cause stomach upset and, with prolonged excess, puts avoidable load on the kidneys. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.
Most side effects of Chicnutrix Collagen Builder are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with inherited disorders of amino-acid metabolism, or with a known allergy to the protein source.
Depends on exact ingredients; if it contains vitamin C, minerals or herbal antioxidants, it may interact with anticoagulants, thyroid medicines or certain antibiotics (e.g., minerals can reduce absorption). Separate from other medicines by 2-4 hours if minerals are present.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Keep bottle tightly closed.
Mix it as directed on the pack; a thicker mix is not a stronger one. Use it alongside meals, not instead of them, unless your dietitian has said otherwise.
