Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin sheath formation and nerve repair and helps red blood cell formation. Pyridoxine supports neurotransmitter synthesis and nerve function. Nicotinamide replenishes NAD/NADP needed for cellular energy metabolism and tissue repair.
For intramuscular (IM) or slow intravenous (IV) use as advised by a doctor. Dose and frequency depend on deficiency/neuropathy severity; typically given in courses. Do not self-inject; use aseptic technique and administer by a trained professional.

Use only under medical supervision. Inform your doctor if you have allergy to any B-vitamins, kidney or liver disease, or low potassium levels. Rare hypersensitivity reactions can occur—seek urgent care for breathing difficulty, facial swelling or severe rash. Long-term/high-dose pyridoxine may itself cause neuropathy; use the prescribed dose only.
