Levosalbutamol (as Levalbuterol) 50 mcg + Ipratropium bromide 20 mcg per metered dose inhalation (MDI)
Relief and prevention of bronchospasm in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including chronic bronchitis and emphysema; adjunct bronchodilation in asthma when prescribed.
Levosalbutamol is a selective beta-2 agonist that relaxes airway smooth muscle to open the airways. Ipratropium is an anticholinergic that blocks muscarinic receptors in the lungs, reducing bronchoconstriction and mucus-related narrowing. Together they provide complementary bronchodilation.
For inhalation use only. Use exactly as prescribed; commonly 1–2 puffs 3–4 times daily for COPD. Shake well before use, exhale fully, seal lips around mouthpiece, inhale slowly while pressing canister, hold breath ~10 seconds, then exhale. Use a spacer if advised; rinse mouth after use. Not for immediate severe attacks unless advised by a doctor.

Do not exceed prescribed doses. Use with caution in heart disease, arrhythmias, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma (may worsen narrow-angle glaucoma if sprayed into eyes), prostatic hypertrophy/urinary retention. Seek urgent care if breathing worsens or if you need the inhaler more often (paradoxical bronchospasm can occur). Keep away from eyes; use spacer if needed. Not a substitute for inhaled corticosteroid if one is prescribed for asthma control.
