Treatment of Menstrual pain

• •In Treatment of Menstrual pain Hyocimax MF Tablet relieves the pain due to muscle cramps during menstrual cycles (periods) and also controls excess menstrual bleeding. It relaxes the muscles and prevents sudden contractions (spasms) of muscles. This treats your pain and discomfort and reduces the risk of excessive loss of blood due to menstruation. You may also use a heating pad
• •take a hot water shower
• •avoid stress and try mild exercise for easing out the pain.

How it works

Hyocimax MF Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Hyoscine butylbromide and Mefenamic Acid which relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Hyoscine butylbromide is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Hyocimax MF Tablet should be taken with or after food.
