Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 650 mg
Fever, mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, body ache, muscle pain, back pain, joint pain, cold/flu-related aches
Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. It lowers the heat-regulating set point in the hypothalamus, helping bring down fever.
Tablet: take by mouth with water. Can be taken with or without food (prefer with food if stomach upset). Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration; follow doctor’s advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of paracetamol from all sources.

Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products to avoid overdose. Overdose can cause severe liver damage—seek urgent care if excess taken. Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcoholism, malnutrition, severe kidney disease. Stop and consult a doctor if rash/allergic symptoms occur or if fever/pain persists.
