How Lupibose 62.5 works

Lupibose 62.5 Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Lupibose 62.5 Tablet helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.

How to take Lupibose 62.5

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lupibose 62.5 Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Lupibose 62.5 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

Taking more Lupibose than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Females with reproductive potential should use a reliable form of birth control while using and 1 month after stopping Lupibose 62.5 Tablet as it is toxic to an unborn baby. Inform your doctor if you notice weight gain, swelling of your arms and legs, or difficulty breathing. Inform your doctor if you notice yellowing of skin/eye, dark urine, or stomach pain.
