Migrate Q 300 contains Ubidecarenone (300mg) + Piperine (5mg) + Astaxanthin (8mg) + Magnesium Hydroxide (25mg) + L-Arginine (50mg). It belongs to the Antioxidant / trace element supplement, Vitamin and mineral supplement, Antacid / H2 blocker and Protein and amino-acid supplement class of medicines.
This medicine combines 5 active ingredients: Ubidecarenone, Piperine, Astaxanthin, Magnesium Hydroxide and L-arginine. Ubidecarenone supplies a nutrient that helps protect body cells from everyday oxidative wear and supports normal immune function. Piperine supplies a vitamin, mineral or nutrient that your diet may not be providing in sufficient amount. Astaxanthin supplies a nutrient that helps protect body cells from everyday oxidative wear and supports normal immune function. Magnesium Hydroxide neutralises or reduces stomach acid, giving quick relief from burning and indigestion. L-arginine supplies protein and amino acids, the building blocks your body uses to repair and maintain muscle and tissue.
Use this medicine as your doctor has directed. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is almost due, skip the one you missed — never take two doses together to catch up.
An overdose of this medicine can cause vomiting, stomach pain and, with some minerals, damage over the longer term. It can cause vomiting and stomach pain, and with iron can be dangerous, especially in children. It can cause severe loose motions or constipation and disturb the body's salt balance. It may cause stomach upset and, with prolonged excess, puts avoidable load on the kidneys. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.
Most side effects of Migrate Q are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

A supplement supports a normal diet; it does not prevent or treat infection. Zinc on an empty stomach commonly causes nausea — take it with food. Very high doses of vitamin A over a long period can be harmful, particularly in pregnancy. Do not take several products containing the same nutrient at once; the totals add up. A supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet or for treating the cause of a symptom. Iron makes stools black and can cause constipation — this is expected, but tell your doctor if it troubles you. Keep iron-containing products well out of reach of children; an overdose in a small child is a medical emergency. Check the labels of everything you take so you do not double up on the same nutrient. This is for short-term relief. See a doctor if you need it most days for more than a couple of weeks. Seek urgent care for chest pain that spreads to the arm or jaw, comes with sweating or breathlessness — do not assume it is acidity. Antacids interfere with the absorption of many other medicines. Take them at least two hours apart from anything else. Tell your doctor before taking a protein supplement if you have kidney disease — the protein load matters. Drink plenty of water while taking a protein supplement. Check the label for milk or soy if you have an allergy or are lactose intolerant.
Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Magnesium-containing antacids are avoided in significant kidney disease. Not for people with inherited disorders of amino-acid metabolism, or with a known allergy to the protein source.
Zinc and other minerals reduce the absorption of some antibiotics — separate them by a few hours. Tell your doctor if you take a blood thinner, as high-dose vitamin E can add to its effect. Iron, calcium, zinc and magnesium reduce the absorption of thyroid tablets and several antibiotics — separate them by a few hours. Tea and coffee taken with iron reduce how much is absorbed; vitamin C increases it. Reduces the absorption of thyroid tablets, iron, and several antibiotics — separate them by at least two hours. No significant medicine interactions are expected for most protein supplements.
Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
Take it with food to reduce nausea. A varied diet remains the best source of these nutrients. Take it with food unless the pack says otherwise. Have deficiencies confirmed and rechecked by blood test rather than supplementing indefinitely. Take it after meals and at bedtime when symptoms are worst. Avoid late heavy meals, and raise the head of your bed if symptoms wake you at night. Mix it as directed on the pack; a thicker mix is not a stronger one. Use it alongside meals, not instead of them, unless your dietitian has said otherwise.
