Nasoryl 0.05% Nasal Spray is a nasal decongestant. It works by narrowing the small blood vessels in the inner surface of the nose. This provides temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
Use this medicine as your doctor has directed. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is almost due, skip the one you missed — never take two doses together to catch up.
An overdose of this medicine may cause a racing heart, restlessness and a rise in blood pressure if swallowed. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.
Most side effects of Oxyspray are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

Do not use a medicated nasal decongestant for more than the few days stated on the pack. Longer use causes rebound congestion that is worse than the original block. Saline drops and sprays have no such limit and are safe for repeated use. Use your own bottle only — sharing spreads infection.
Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Decongestant sprays are not suitable for very young children without medical advice.
Decongestants can raise blood pressure; tell your doctor if you are hypertensive.
Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
Blow your nose gently before using the spray. Steam inhalation and saline rinses help without any rebound risk.
