Sugamet MC 1000 Tablet SR is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

How it works

Sugamet MC 1000 Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Metformin and methylcobalamin which treat diabetes. Metformin is a biguanide which decreases the production and absorption of sugar in your body, and allows better use of existing insulin. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sugamet MC 1000 Tablet SR is to be taken with food.<br>Sugamet MC 1000 Tablet SR may cause stomach upset if taken on empty stomach.
