Supexa-OD 60 Tablet is a direct oral anticoagulant (DOAC) that acts to selectively block Factor Xa, a central enzyme involved in the coagulation cascade of the blood. This prevents the formation of dangerous blood clots in diseases such as nonvalvular atrial fibrillation, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism.
