How it works

Telista MCL 10mg/25mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: cilnidipine, metoprolol, and telmisartan. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB), and telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Metoprolol is a beta-blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. They work by different mechanisms to provide better control of blood pressure when single or dual therapy is not effective.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telista MCL 10mg/25mg/40mg Tablet should be taken with or after food.
