Relief and prevention of bronchospasm in bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic bronchitis and other conditions with reversible airway obstruction/wheezing.
Salbutamol is a selective beta-2 agonist that relaxes bronchial smooth muscle to quickly relieve wheeze and breathlessness. Theophylline is a bronchodilator (methylxanthine) that helps keep airways open and may reduce airway hyper-responsiveness, improving airflow over time.
