How Trama P Tablet works

Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with an active stomach ulcer, severe kidney or heart failure, or asthma triggered by aspirin or anti-inflammatory painkillers. Not in the third trimester of pregnancy. Not for people with severe liver disease, except under medical supervision.

Alcohol, other CNS depressants (benzodiazepines, sedatives), other opioids, SSRIs/SNRIs/TCAs/MAOIs (serotonin syndrome risk), antipsychotics (seizure risk), carbamazepine (reduced tramadol effect), CYP2D6/CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., fluoxetine, paroxetine, erythromycin, ketoconazole) or inducers (e.g., rifampicin), warfarin (bleeding risk with paracetamol), other paracetamol-containing medicines

Do not stop taking Trama P 50mg/500mg Tablet suddenly if you have been using it for more than a few days. Stopping it abruptly may lead to withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, restlessness, sweating, insomnia, and gastrointestinal discomfort.
