Zinc supplementation and prevention/treatment of zinc deficiency; supportive therapy in diarrhea (as advised), poor appetite, impaired immunity, delayed wound healing, and recovery from illness when zinc deficiency is suspected.
Zinc is an essential trace element required for multiple enzymes involved in cell growth, immune function, and tissue repair. Supplementation restores low body zinc levels, helping normalize immune response and healing processes.
Take orally as directed by a physician. Typically taken once daily after food to reduce stomach upset; swallow tablet with water. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Common side effects of Valzinc Tab may include:
Use with caution in patients with kidney disease. Long-term/high-dose zinc may cause copper deficiency and anemia. If you are taking zinc for diarrhea, ensure adequate ORS and medical advice for persistent/bloody diarrhea or dehydration. Stop and consult a doctor if allergic reactions occur.
