Diclofenac diethylamine 1.16% w/w (equivalent to Diclofenac sodium 1% w/w) + Methyl salicylate 10% w/w + Menthol 5% w/w + Linseed oil 3% w/w (typical Volini gel composition; verify pack label)
Local relief of joint and muscle pain and inflammation; sprains, strains, sports injuries, back/neck/shoulder pain; osteoarthritis-related joint pain
Diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting COX enzymes and lowering prostaglandin production at the site of application. Methyl salicylate and menthol provide counter-irritant and cooling/warming effects to ease pain. Linseed oil helps soothe and supports topical massage for stiffness.
For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected area and gently massage until absorbed, typically 3-4 times daily or as directed by a doctor. Wash hands after use; avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and broken/irritated skin. Do not apply under occlusive bandage or with heating pads.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Volini Joint Xpert Gel. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
Do not use on open wounds, infected/eczema-affected skin, or near eyes/mucosa. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation, allergy, or worsening pain occurs. Use with caution in aspirin/NSAID allergy, asthma sensitive to NSAIDs, and in children (seek medical advice). Avoid prolonged use over large areas; consult doctor if pregnant (especially 3rd trimester) or breastfeeding. Do not use with tight bandaging/heating as it may increase absorption/irritation.
