How it works

Zeblong T 40mg/16mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: telmisartan and azelnidipine. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). It relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of a chemical that usually makes blood vessels tighter. This lowers the blood pressure, allowing the blood to flow more smoothly to different organs and the heart to pump more efficiently. Azelnidipine is a calcium channel blocker. It regulates the blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing the pressure on them, thereby making it easier for the heart to pump more blood throughout the body. In this way, it normalizes the blood pressure in patients with high blood pressure and also improves the oxygen flow in the body, thereby preventing any heart-related chest pain.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zeblong T 40mg/16mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.
