Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% w/w + Nadifloxacin 1% w/w (topical gel)
Treatment of acne vulgaris (pimples), especially inflammatory acne with bacterial involvement; helps reduce comedones and acne-associated redness and swelling.
Nadifloxacin is a topical fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase/topoisomerase IV, reducing acne-causing bacteria and inflammation. Benzoyl peroxide releases active oxygen and has antibacterial and keratolytic effects, helping unclog pores and reduce new lesion formation.
For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer to acne-affected skin once daily or as directed by a doctor; may be increased to twice daily if tolerated. Avoid eyes, lips, inside nose and broken/irritated skin; wash hands after application and use moisturizer/sunscreen if dryness occurs.
Common side effects of ZINDERM BN GEL may include:
External use only. May cause skin irritation; start with once-daily use and reduce frequency if excessive dryness/redness occurs. Avoid contact with eyes/mucosa; rinse with water if contact occurs. Benzoyl peroxide may bleach hair/fabrics. Use sunscreen and limit sun/UV exposure. Stop and seek medical advice if severe irritation, swelling or allergic reaction occurs.
