How Zyhcg Hp 10K works

hCG acts like luteinizing hormone (LH). In women, it triggers final maturation and release of the egg and supports corpus luteum progesterone production. In men, it stimulates Leydig cells in the testes to produce testosterone.

How to take Zyhcg Hp 10K

For intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (SC) injection only, exactly as prescribed by a fertility/andrology specialist. Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with the provided diluent/sterile water and use immediately; do not shake vigorously. Dose and timing depend on protocol (commonly a single 10,000 IU “trigger” injection in fertility treatment).

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Warnings and precautions

Use only under specialist supervision with ultrasound and hormone monitoring. Risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), ovarian torsion and multiple pregnancy in women undergoing fertility treatment—seek urgent care for severe abdominal pain, rapid weight gain, shortness of breath, decreased urination or leg swelling. Contraindicated in hormone-dependent tumors (e.g., ovarian/uterine/breast cancer), primary ovarian failure, uncontrolled thyroid/adrenal disorders, pituitary tumor, abnormal uterine bleeding of unknown cause, and active thromboembolic disease (as clinically applicable). Use caution in patients with history of thrombosis, migraine, asthma, epilepsy, cardiac/renal disease or hyperprolactinemia. In men, may cause gynecomastia, acne, edema and can worsen prostate disease; monitor testosterone/hematocrit as advised. Not for intravenous use.

Do not take Zyhcg Hp 10K if

Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with a history of blood clots, certain hormone-sensitive cancers, or active liver disease. Several are contraindicated in pregnancy.

Interactions with other medicines

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists/antagonists and other gonadotropins (FSH/hMG) may increase ovarian response and OHSS risk; concomitant fertility medicines should be used only per protocol. May interfere with pregnancy tests (false-positive) shortly after administration.

How to store Zyhcg Hp 10K

Store refrigerated at 2–8°C; do not freeze. Protect from light. After reconstitution, use immediately (or as per pack insert); discard any unused solution.

Zyhcg HP 10K Injection is used together with another hormone called follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) for the treatment of infertility in women. In men, it is used to help treat delayed puberty, undescended testes or oligospermia (low sperm count). It is given as an injection into a muscle or under the skin. Inform your doctor immediately if you have severe pelvic pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sudden weight gain, trouble breathing, or decreased or no urination during treatment, as these could be symptoms of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). If your ovaries are overstimulated you should not have sex, or use barrier contraception for at least four days.
