Aspirin (Acetylsalicylic Acid) 75 mg + Atorvastatin 10 mg
Prevention of heart attack and stroke in patients at risk; secondary prevention after myocardial infarction/angina, post-angioplasty/CABG; management of high cholesterol with cardiovascular risk reduction.
Aspirin irreversibly inhibits platelet COX-1, reducing thromboxane A2 and thereby preventing platelet aggregation (blood clot formation). Atorvastatin inhibits HMG‑CoA reductase, lowering LDL cholesterol and stabilizing atherosclerotic plaques, reducing cardiovascular events.
Tablet; take once daily as prescribed, preferably at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food; swallow whole with water. Do not stop without medical advice.

Risk of bleeding (including GI bleed); avoid in active peptic ulcer/bleeding disorders. Use caution in asthma, gout, kidney or liver disease. Atorvastatin may cause muscle problems (myopathy/rhabdomyolysis) and liver injury—seek care for unexplained muscle pain/weakness, dark urine, jaundice. Avoid use around major surgery unless advised. Not for children/teens with viral illness (Reye’s syndrome risk with aspirin).
