Bactogard Cv kills the bacteria causing the infection by breaking down their cell walls. You usually start to feel better within a few days, and finishing the course makes sure the infection does not return.

In Throat infection

Bactogard Cv clears the bacteria behind a sore throat or tonsillitis, so the pain, fever and difficulty swallowing settle.

In Chest infection

Bactogard Cv treats bacterial infections of the airways and lungs, relieving the cough, fever and breathlessness as the infection clears.

In Skin infection

Bactogard Cv clears bacterial infections of the skin and soft tissue, bringing down the redness, swelling and pain.

In Urinary infection

Bactogard Cv kills the bacteria causing burning, frequency and lower abdominal pain, with relief usually starting within a day or two of the first dose.

In Ear and throat infection

Bactogard Cv treats bacterial infections of the ear, throat and sinuses, relieving the pain and fever they cause.

In Typhoid

Bactogard Cv kills the typhoid bacteria in the blood and gut, bringing down the fever and preventing the complications of untreated typhoid.

LiverCONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

There is limited information available on the use of Bactogard-CV 200 Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

• Space the doses evenly through the day so the level stays steady.
• Take a probiotic a few hours apart if loose motions trouble you, and drink plenty of fluids.
• Never use a leftover antibiotic, or someone else's, for a new illness.
• Space the doses evenly and complete the course.
• Keep the reconstituted syrup as the pharmacist instructed and discard it after the stated number of days.
