Fever, mild to moderate pain such as headache, body ache, toothache, sore throat, backache, muscle pain, pain due to cold/flu, and post-vaccination fever
Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis mainly in the central nervous system, which reduces pain perception. It also acts on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center to lower fever.
Tablet for oral use. Take as advised by a doctor; commonly taken with water, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose or use multiple paracetamol-containing products together.

Do not exceed total daily paracetamol dose (typically max 4,000 mg/day in adults; lower limits may apply). Overdose can cause severe liver damage—seek urgent care if excess taken. Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcoholism, malnutrition, or severe kidney disease. Avoid long-term self-medication; consult a doctor if fever persists >3 days or pain >5 days. Stop and seek care if allergic reactions (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty) occur.
