How it works

Calcium is an essential mineral required for bone and teeth mineralization and normal muscle and nerve function. Zinc supports immune function, wound healing and enzyme activity; supplementation helps correct dietary deficiencies.

Directions for use

Take by mouth as advised by a doctor, usually once daily after food. Swallow the tablet with water; do not exceed recommended dose. Keep a 2–4 hour gap from iron, thyroid medicines or certain antibiotics if advised.

Warnings & precautions

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism or vitamin D toxicity. Excess intake may cause hypercalcemia or zinc-related nausea and can reduce absorption of other minerals (iron/copper). Seek medical advice if pregnant/breastfeeding or if taking multiple supplements.
