Xenotix Lifescience - Tablet - 30 S
Mando Vit Tablet is used for nutritional supplement for preventing or treating vitamin/mineral deficiencies; helps support general weakness, fatigue, convalescence and overall health.
Medically reviewed by Dr. Balaji Krishnan, MBBS · Updated August 2026
Multivitamin and multimineral supplements replenish essential micronutrients needed for energy metabolism, nerve function, immunity and tissue repair. They help correct dietary deficiencies and support normal body functions.
Take orally as advised by a doctor/dietitian, usually 1 tablet once daily after food. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed recommended dose.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Mando Vit as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Mando Vit than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Mando Vit are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders (if product contains iron), and in patients taking multiple supplements to avoid overdose (especially vitamins A, D, E, K). Keep out of reach of children; accidental overdose of iron-containing products can be fatal in children.
Antibiotics (tetracyclines, quinolones) and thyroid hormone (levothyroxine) absorption may be reduced by minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium or zinc—separate by 2–4 hours; anticoagulants (warfarin) may interact if vitamin K is present; antiepileptics may reduce levels of some vitamins.
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed.
