Pregabalin 50 mg + Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin) 750 mcg (per capsule/tablet)
Neuropathic pain due to diabetic neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia, nerve pain associated with vitamin B12 deficiency, peripheral neuropathy (as prescribed).
Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, reducing release of pain-signaling neurotransmitters and calming overactive nerves. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports nerve myelin repair and improves nerve function.
Take by mouth exactly as prescribed, usually once or twice daily. Can be taken with or without food; take at the same time each day and swallow whole with water. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice (dose may need tapering).

May cause dizziness/somnolence—avoid driving or operating machinery until you know the effect. Use with caution in kidney disease (dose adjustment needed), heart failure/edema, elderly, and patients with depression or suicidal thoughts. Do not discontinue abruptly (withdrawal symptoms/seizure risk). Seek urgent care for facial/lip swelling or breathing difficulty (angioedema) or severe rash. Not a substitute for treating underlying cause of neuropathy; monitor blood glucose in diabetics.
