Maxgalin M 50 contains Pregabalin 50 mg + Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin) 750 mcg (per capsule/tablet). It belongs to the Gabapentinoid (pregabalin) + Vitamin B12 analog (methylcobalamin) class of medicines.

How Maxgalin M 50 works

How to take Maxgalin M 50

Take by mouth exactly as prescribed, usually once or twice daily. Can be taken with or without food; take at the same time each day and swallow whole with water. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice (dose may need tapering).

Missed dose and overdose

Take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is almost due, skip the one you missed — never take two doses together to catch up.

Take the larger part of the dose at night if drowsiness is a problem. Rise slowly from sitting or lying, especially in the first weeks.
