Contraindicated in severe bradycardia, second/third-degree AV block, cardiogenic shock, decompensated heart failure, and severe hypotension unless specifically directed. Monitor BP and pulse; seek urgent care for fainting, wheezing, or very slow pulse.
Do not take Metolar XR if
Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with a very slow heart rate, certain heart block disorders, or uncontrolled heart failure. Generally avoided in severe asthma.
