Provides essential micronutrients that act as cofactors in metabolic pathways. Helps replenish deficiencies, supports energy production, immune function, and antioxidant defense depending on the nutrient profile.
Tablet; take as directed by physician/dietitian. Commonly taken once daily after food with water; do not exceed the recommended dose.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Nutropatch as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Nutropatch than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Nutropatch are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders (e.g., hemochromatosis) or hypervitaminosis. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking chronic medicines, consult a doctor before use. Stop and seek medical advice if rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty occurs.
May interact with antacids, tetracyclines/quinolones (if minerals like iron/calcium/zinc are present), levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours), warfarin (if vitamin K present), methotrexate/antiepileptics (folate interactions), oral iron interacts with certain antibiotics and thyroid medicines.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
