Olcure H 20 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines:
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Olcure H 20 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
If you miss a dose of Olcure H 20 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Taking more Olcure H than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Olcure H are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine you take, including over-the-counter products, vitamins and herbal or ayurvedic preparations, before starting Olcure H. Some combinations can change how Olcure H works or raise the chance of side effects.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C), in a dry place away from direct light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
You have been prescribed Olcure H 20 mg Tablet for the treatment of high blood pressure. It can be taken with or without food. Olcure H 20 mg Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, very dry mouth or muscle weakness. It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. Use of Olcure H 20 mg Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is unsafe. It may also decrease the risk of stroke and heart attacks.
