Rozstyl Gold 75mg/10mg/75mg Capsule is a combination of three medicines: aspirin, rosuvastatin, and clopidogrel. Aspirin and clopidogrel are antiplatelet medications. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decreasing the formation of harmful blood clots. Rosuvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks the body’s ability to produce “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and improves the level of "good" cholesterol (HDL).
