Supradyn Daily Tablet contains Methylcobalamin (500mcg) + Nicotinamide (50mg) + Riboflavin (5mg) + Vitamin B1 (5mg) + Magnesium Oxide (10mg) + Folic Acid (1.5mg) + Cholecalciferol (400IU) + Vitamin B6 (1.5mg) + Vitamin A (5000IU) + Selenium (70mcg) + Chromium Picolinate (250mcg) + Zinc Sulphate (55mg) + Copper Sulphate (2mg) + Manganese Sulphate (5mg) + L-Glutamic Acid (50mg) + D-Biotin (150mcg) + Ascorbic Acid (75mg) + Calcium D Pantothenate (10mg) + Tocopheryl Acetate (25mg) + Sodium Molybdate (25mcg). How Supradyn Daily Tablet works

Provides essential vitamins and minerals that act as cofactors in energy metabolism, red blood cell formation, immunity and antioxidant defense. Helps correct or prevent micronutrient deficiencies and supports normal body functions.

How to take Supradyn Daily Tablet

Oral tablet. Typically 1 tablet once daily after भोजन/with food or as directed by a doctor. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

Take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is almost due, skip the one you missed — never take two doses together to catch up.

If you take too much

An overdose of this medicine is unlikely to cause serious harm, because the body passes surplus B vitamins out in the urine. It can cause vomiting and stomach pain, and with iron can be dangerous, especially in children. It can raise blood calcium dangerously, causing thirst, frequent urination, vomiting, confusion and kidney damage. It can cause vomiting, stomach pain and, with some minerals, damage over the longer term. It may cause stomach upset and, with prolonged excess, puts avoidable load on the kidneys. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

Warnings and precautions

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney disease (risk of accumulation of some minerals), liver disease, iron overload states (hemochromatosis) if product contains iron, hypercalcemia or vitamin A/D excess. If pregnant/breastfeeding, on chronic medications, or taking other supplements, consult a doctor to avoid overdose (especially vitamins A, D, E, K and iron). Keep out of reach of children.

Do not take Supradyn Daily if

Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Not for people with a high blood calcium level, or with certain kidney stones. Not for people with inherited disorders of amino-acid metabolism, or with a known allergy to the protein source.

Interactions with other medicines

May reduce absorption/effect of tetracyclines and fluoroquinolone antibiotics (separate by 2–4 hours), levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours if iron/calcium present), bisphosphonates (separate), antacids and calcium/iron can affect each other’s absorption, warfarin (vitamin K-containing products may affect INR)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct light. Keep container tightly closed.
