Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 650 mg
Fever, mild to moderate pain such as headache, body ache, toothache, sore throat, musculoskeletal pain, pain associated with cold/flu
Paracetamol works mainly by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, which reduces pain. It also acts on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center to lower fever.
Tablet for oral use. Take as advised by the doctor; commonly taken with water, with or without food (preferably after food if stomach upset occurs). Maintain a gap of at least 4–6 hours between doses and do not exceed the total daily dose recommended on the label/by clinician.

Do not exceed recommended dose; overdose can cause severe liver damage. Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcoholism, malnutrition, and severe kidney impairment. Avoid taking multiple medicines containing paracetamol together. Seek medical help immediately in case of suspected overdose even if you feel well.
