Telmisartan (40mg) + Cilnidipine (10mg)
Torcilin-T Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.
Torcilin-T Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and Telmisartan, which lowers blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Torcilin-T Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Torcilin-T Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
