Do not try to clean inside your ear with cotton buds. If you stick buds or other objects into your ear, they can further damage your ear. Just wipe the outside of your ear with a clean cloth or tissue if any discharge appears. Do not use the medicine for a longer time without doctor consultation. Make sure not to use the open bottle more than 4 weeks.
